So after 5+ years of not shaving, I decided to look for a professional who could help me with armpit hair removal. Lucky for me, she actually called me back and offered to fit me into her schedule earlier than my original appointment. I felt so much relief and gratitude that she was willing to help me despite the dramatic fire evacuation situation. Luckily the County of Maui cancelled the evacuation a bit later, too.
So I went to Angela’s location and we met. Let me tell, first off, this woman is a sparkly gem of a human. She is hilarious, down to earth, approachable, friendly and also a true professional. Then a few weeks later, Angela’s sugaring mentor came to Maui to teach students the sugar waxing method. I was lucky to get my legs sugared for free and here’s my video recap of the experience.
